I am a consultant in capacity development and complex change process facilitation and especially interested in the development of Human consciousness and ethical action through system thinking approaches. My main area of work at present is conducting capacity assessments and designing Capacity Development strategies for organizations and larger sectors in society. I have MSc. degrees in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Development and have worked for over fifteen years in international development in
Local Governance, rural service delivery, infrastructure development, livelihood strengthening, empowerment processes and more recently in climate change adaptation.
I am most stimulated when working in a divers and dynamic team on complex change issues, where the interaction between formal systems, organizations and institutions, and the informal paradigms, believe and value systems in organizations and society at large are at play. I see my personal and professional development strongly interwoven with the challenges which the facilitation of these change processes pose and love critical engagement and exchange.
I live in Bhutan where I have established together with my partner a charity for animal rescue, care and happiness.
